Bodily Health: Poor, underweight, possibly has parasites, but won’t stay still for examination, previous injuries, possibly from fights, signs of past infection.

Recent Physical Injuries, if any: Few, minor injuries, the scars on her face seem to cause discomfort.

Reasons for Admission: Relapsed to feral behavior after treatment

Additional Reasons for Admission: F.B.P.G. want to see if she can be put back into normal society.

Personal Tendencies: Sometimes refuses to wear clothing, refuses to eat anything but meat, refuses to sit at a table, laps up water, claws at doors, walks around on all fours, other canine-like behavior.

Brief History of Patient: Little is known about her- including her actual name- from entering the psychology ward and earlier. The F.B.P.G. made progress with “Leslie” to the point that she would eat at a table properly, but she quickly relapsed and went back to complete canine behavior. It’s doubtful that, even with more work, she would be able to enter normal society again, due to relapses.
